INTEGRITY: The educational office professional is courteous, honest, trustworthy and loyal to the school systems and the administration.
SERVICE: The educational office professional performs duties with efficiency and accuracy at all times, ever mindful of the importance of good public relations. The educational office is to be a congenial and welcome place for parents, students and staff.

All Minnesota resident business education students who wish to continue their education and pursue an office related career, preferably in the education field, are eligible to apply for the $500 scholarship. The scholarship award criteria are based on academic standing, financial need, and initiative. Applications are due March 31, 2020.

The Minnesota Association of Educational Office Professionals installed a new president, president-elect, and board of directors for 2020.
Lila Rehnelt, District Services Coordinator at Hayfield Community Schools, was installed for a 1-year term as Board President. Lila is a native of Osage, IA. She succeeds Lori Schuman who now serves as Immediate Past President.
Redwood Falls native Diane Vosen was installed as President-Elect. She is Administrative Coordinator with Minnesota Rural Education Association.
The installation was held during the annual conference Oct. 10-11 at Arrowwood Resort near Alexandria.
Registrations are due soon for the 2019 MAEOP State Conference October 9-11 in Alexandria. Make plans today to be inspired by other educational professionals around the state.
