MAEOP announces that applications for the Darla Scales Memorial Scholarship are now available. Learn more.
All Minnesota resident business education students who wish to continue their education and pursue an office related career, preferably in the education field are eligible to apply for the $500 scholarship. The scholarship award criteria are based on academic standing, financial need, and initiative. Applications are due March 31, 2019.

New President Issues Bee Challenge
Newly installed MAEOP Board President Lori Schumann shares this message with all members as she “bee-gins” her 1-year term:
As I start my year as your new President I would like to challenge all of you to, ‘Bee all that you can bee with MAEOP.’
I encourage each and everyone of you to “beecome” involved as a member:
- Invite coworkers to join MAEOP. There is so much that MAEOP has to offer each of you!
- Beecome involved with a board position.
- Get involved with the national association, NAEOP. Each of these programs haa provide professional growth through Leadership, Education, Achievement, Recognition, and Networking.
An organization is dependent on its members to make it work. If you have any questions regarding your membership please feel free to contact me. I hope we can continue to grow and keep our association viable.

Members Benefit from Life Insurance
One of the benefits of membership in MAEOP is group life insurance through Horace Mann.
Each MAEOP member is entitled to a $1,000 Life Insurance Policy until age 70. When joining or renewing MAEOP membership, be sure to complete the beneficiary information on your registration form and include your date of birth.
